AGF 2024 Missouri State Jiu Jitsu Championships

This weekend we took a team to the AGF 2024 Missouri State Jiu Jitsu Championships and came back with some hardware.

5 mile Family Fun Run / Walk

We had a great turnout for those of our team members who joined the 5 mile family fun run/ walk this past weekend! This was a fun challenge for all ages (and dogs!). The relationships we build amongst other team members help make the foundation of our team stronger.

AGF Tournament 3/23/24

AGF On March 23rd, Gracie Barra O’Fallon/LSL brought about 15 competitors to the 2024 AGF Kansas State Jiu Jitsu Championships in Kansas City, Missouri. Gracie Barra took 1st in Kids Gi and Kids No-Gi divisions as well as Overall Team Champions! Congratulations to all of our competitors.
