Our Dojo in St. Charles is open to all martial artists. We offer courses that are designed to benefit kids of young ages(under10), Teens, Women, and Men’s Jiu Jitsu as well as courses and classes for those who wish to compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Competition is fun and exciting, but we don’t force anyone to compete if they don’t want to.

• Kids Jiu Jitsu Classes St. Charles – These courses are designed to mold your child into a martial artist. Your child’s health and experience will always come first in our gym.
• Teens Jiu Jitsu Classes St. Charles – These courses are designed to provide your teenager with the tools to succeed, which includes confidence, strength, patience, dedication, and athleticism. These courses will teach your teen that they can be a strong and confident individual.
• Women’s Jiu Jitsu Classes St. Charles – These classes are designed to make you more confident, athletic, stronger, and to have a better sense of self than you’ve ever had before. You are also invited to join our black belt program to join an elite BJJ team
