Jiu Jitsu School Defiance, MO – What We Offer

Our Dojo in Defiance is open to all martial artists. Our school provides Men’s Jiu Jitsu, Women’s Jiu Jitsu courses, as well as self defense courses, kids jiu jitsu classes, and courses geared towards teenagers. We also have high level Black Belt classes for those who wish to compete or learn the highest levels of BJJ. Competition is fun and exciting, but we don’t force anyone to compete if they don’t want to.

• Kids Jiu Jitsu Classes Defiance – These courses are designed to mold your child into a martial artist. We never require children to do anything they aren’t ready for, and we always place the health and well being of your child first.
• Teens Jiu Jitsu Classes Defiance – Our Classes help your teenager build the confidence and athleticism that they need to succeed in life. Our courses are designed to show your teen what they are capable of, and teach them self-respect and dedication.
• Women’s Jiu Jitsu Classes Defiance – These classes are designed to make you more confident, athletic, stronger, and to have a better sense of self than you’ve ever had before. You are also invited to join our black belt program to join an elite BJJ team
• Men’s Jiu Jitsu Classes Defiance – Our men’s jiu jitsu classes are competitive, constructive, and can push you to new limits. You are also invited to join our black belt program to join an elite BJJ team.
