Jiu-Jitsu Programs

At Gracie Barra O’Fallon, we believe Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone. Our programs follow the proven Gracie Barra system created by Master Carlos Gracie Jr. Each class is tailored to meet the needs of students at every stage of life. Children, teens, and adults all find a place here.

Jiu-Jitsu is more than a martial art. It’s a tool for building strength, confidence, and discipline. Students gain real self-defense skills, improve their fitness, and learn respect for themselves and others. Every program is taught in a safe, structured environment that promotes teamwork and personal growth.

Our Fundamentals Program introduces beginners to the essentials. Over 100 techniques are taught across four months, giving students a solid base in self-defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

The Advanced Program develops speed, reflexes, and fluid transitions between techniques. Students also explore strategies from wrestling, judo, and sambo. This program is ideal for those ready to sharpen their skills and test themselves in competition.

The Black Belt Program is the highest stage of training. Students learn advanced techniques and spend more time in live sparring. They also mentor newer students and take leadership roles within the academy.

Our Women’s Program combines self-defense with fitness in an encouraging environment. Students train through realistic scenarios while building confidence, friendships, and strength.

Finally, the Kids and Teens Programs provide age-appropriate instruction. Younger children learn coordination, listening skills, and bully prevention. Older students gain confidence, discipline, and resilience through more advanced training. Both groups train in a fun, safe, and respectful setting.

At Gracie Barra O’Fallon, you’ll find programs designed to meet you where you are—and help you reach your goals.
